ESS-2000 superimposed energy storage power supply for our company's latest development of a product, with a number of invention patents, its characteristics have the following aspects:

1，The mainframe and battery are separated independently.

2，There are four AC outputs, two PD65W, two QC3.0USB outputs,with UPS (uninterruptible power supply)function.

3，There is one mains input,one solar input and one car charging input on the host.

4，There is a network input interface on the host, with router function.  It can be connected to a computer or mobile phone APP for remote control and unified management, and can also be connected to a big data system.

5，The large display screen of the host panel displays, three buttons control power on and DC and AC input and output.

6，The battery box has two PD65W, two QC3.0USB outputs.

7，The battery box has two DC12V/10A outputs and a LED 15W lighting lamp.

8，When the host box is connected to the battery box, there is no need to consider whether the battery voltage is consistent or not.

10， The number of batteries incorporated will not affect the charging time. One battery box is fully charged in 6-8 hours, and 10 battery boxes are also fully charged in 6-8 hours.

 We have perfectly solved the problem that the battery packs can be connected in parallel, which has not been solved for many years, and the problem that the charging time remains unchanged after multiple groups are connected in parallel.  It can meet the needs of small office, home long-term electricity use, RV, yacht, outdoor activities, and can replace old-fashioned generators.

Host computer display content 

  The left side displays the current solar input voltage and current, the mains input voltage and frequency, the current battery capacity, the DC load output current, and the AC output voltage and frequency. Each connection line indicates the current operation.  The right side displays the solar input power, battery voltage, DC output power, and AC output power.

Host display content    

   The upper left corner is the solar input indicator.  The lower left corner is the AC input indicator.  The upper middle is the battery level.  The lower middle is the inverter output indication.  The upper right is the DC output indicator.  On the right is the AC output load indication.  Each connecting line indicates the current operation status of each road.

There is a running status record table on the web page, and there is a mailbox to set alarm prompts and various running conditions   

Assembly Diagram:       

1. Superimpose the host A, battery box B, C, and D as shown in the figure. When superimposing, pay attention to the PD65W and QC3.0 on each panel are on the same side

2.  After the positions are aligned, remove the glue caps on the host and battery box, and then install the E connecting piece as shown in the picture of F G H J K L, and fix it with glue caps.

3. After fixing, install the M piece as shown in the figure N. There is a magnet inside, which can be directly attracted to it after alignment, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly later.

4. With the host as the center, one battery box can be stacked, or two battery boxes or more battery boxes can be stacked to meet the needs of electricity.

5. The stacked battery box does not require voltage matching, and can be used in parallel at any time.

6. The discharged battery box and the fully charged battery box can also be used in parallel at any time.

7. If one battery box is broken, the other battery boxes can still be used, and the host will not be affected.

8. One set of battery boxes is connected and the charging time is 6-8 hours. The charging time of two sets of battery boxes in parallel is also 6-8 hours. The charging time of three sets of battery boxes in parallel is also 6-8 hours.  The number of battery boxes connected in parallel will not change the charging time.  This design can improve work efficiency and save time.

9. Dedicated solar charging management system, its efficiency can reach more than 98%.
